“NEW HOPE”
This seminar offers you a great foundation for your life. We look at questions like, “Who is Jesus really?” “Why are there so many versions of the Bible?” “What does God expect of me and my life?” “What will heaven be like?” and more! This seminar is for everyone who wants to become a member of Living Hope. It’s for adults, and we offer childcare for free. The next “NEW HOPE” seminar will be offered in September.

“Portals of Prayer” Daily Bible Reading Guides for April through June are available every weekend at our Resource table in the lobby.  Pick one up and use it to help your relationship with God grow closer every day.

Community Groups

Get plugged in to a Community Group!

Our community groups have just finished our “The Best is Yet to Come” series and will focus on special fellowship and service projects for the summer. Teaching series are available for groups to chose. This is a great time to get involved in a group if you haven’t already. LOVE TALK
Communication with the one you love is more than a mere exchange of words, even if done with elegant skill. Communication, if used to full advantage, holds the promise of bringing soul mates together at a level so profound that anyone on the outside can never truly comprehend it.  And that kind of communication can happen wherever you find yourself in marriage at the moment.

Confirmation Classes

Do you have a family member who will be in 7th or 8th grade this fall? You might be interested in our Confirmation instruction program to prepare individuals for standing on their own faith in God and being prepared to take communion. This program is a home base study assisted by Pastor Paul and Mitch Vogeli. Weekly teaching lessons and questions are on CD for home discussion and quarterly meetings with Pastor or Mitch allow for answering your questions and further instruction.

A Parent meeting was held in September to begin our program but it is not too late for you to get involved!! Please let Mitch know if you are interested and sign up at the info table in the hallway.

Dive

High school aged students meet at Shepherd’s Gate (23 Mile Rd at the Van Dyke Freeway across from Wal-mart) on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 for fun, fellowship and community group activities.

Sunday Morning Connections
Calling all High School students!!! We are putting together a connections time on Sunday morning for our high school aged students. We want you to get to know each other better and have a blast during our fellowship time before church. We have Rock Band for the 360, refreshments and we can even make breakfast when we want!! Make it to church by 9:30am and come join the fun. Come be a guitar hero in our rock band!! Bring a friend.

Breakfast Club Dive’s Breakfast club, is meeting Saturday April 12th, 10am Dimitri’s Restaurant (south of 23 Mile Rd, on the West side of Gratiot).   Enjoy a great breakfast for free and get plugged in with Dive!
